Binding

Think green. We can re-purpose the remnants from your recent wall to wall carpet installation into area rugs, doormats and runners by sewing fabric to it's edges. This improves the looks and keeps the edges of the carpet from unraveling or becoming frayed.

Serging

A great alternative to binding, serging boasts a different look and can be more durable. This method wraps the edge of the carpet with yarn. For those familiar with sewing, this is similar to a traditional whip stitch except that the yarn on the edge is very close together and it’s done by machine.

Fringing

Enhance the look of your area rug with fringing. With many styles and colors available, we’ll help you find the look you want. Also, when the fringe on your rug becomes weak from age, discolored due to accident, or worn from normal use, we can freshen up the look with a bright new one.

Backing

Rug pads provide comfort and a sound foundation for your rug or carpet, but the most important thing a rug pad should deliver is protection for your hardwood and other hard surface flooring, which can be vulnerable to staining and scratching. Investing in a rug pad will save you money – as the cost to replace or your floors vastly outweighs the savings from an inexpensive rug pad. A quality rug pad should anchor your rug for many years, and not just be a short term solution. Ask us about our felt and rubber backing options.
